Ruijing Sun is an architectural designer with a background in advanced architectural research and sustainable design.
She received her Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University, and her Bachelor of Architecture from North China University of Technology, graduating with distinction. She also participated in the Low Carbon Architecture Summer School at Cardiff University, where she deepened her interest in climate-responsive design strategies
Her work explores the intersection of architecture, landscape, urban space, and visual culture, with a focus on contextual and environmentally conscious solutions. She is also actively engaged in integrating emerging technologies, such as BIM and AI, into the design process, exploring their potential to enhance efficiency, creativity, and sustainability in the built environment. Her multidisciplinary approach allows her to craft thoughtful, future-oriented spaces that respond to both human and environmental needs.
