The site is characterized by high building density, a large population, convenient transportation, and thriving commerce. However, the utilization of green space remains significantly low. This project proposes an integrated design strategy that introduces a continuous pathway system completed with bridges. These elevated connections not only link fragmented greenbelts across traffic lanes but also establish a new urban landmark, offering residents a dynamic space for leisure and recreation.

Given the site’s complex context, surrounded by diverse programs including office buildings, a police station, a gas station, and a nursing home, each node within the intervention is assigned a distinct activity theme tailored to its immediate environment. To unify the fragmented plots and encourage public engagement, circular modules are inserted as activity zones, serving as playful, functional elements that enhance spatial continuity and stimulate urban vitality.
